Brayden El Moussa, the 6-year-old son of Christina Hall and Tarek El Moussa, is recovering in the hospital after undergoing emergency surgery.

According to Tarek and Christina, Brayden was taken to the hospital by ambulance on Sunday after experiencing severe abdominal pain. He was diagnosed with appendicitis and Meckel's diverticulum, a congenital abnormality of the small intestine. Brayden underwent surgery early Monday morning to remove both his appendix and the Meckel's diverticulum.

Tarek and Christina both shared updates on Brayden's condition on their social media accounts. Christina wrote that Brayden "is doing well" and "resting comfortably" after the surgery. Tarek thanked the doctors and nurses who cared for Brayden, and he praised his son's strength and resilience.

Brayden is expected to make a full recovery. He is currently being monitored in the hospital, and he is expected to be released in the next few days.
